Meet the Staff

Dawn Murphy - Director

Dawn has 27 years in the field of early education. She was a Lead Teacher at HWG for 12 years and has been Director for 11 years. Dawn holds a Bachelors Degree from Becker College. She is Director qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

 

Patricia Bickford - Teacher

This is Patty's 2nd year at HWG for 4 years. She has a Master's degree in business from Salem State. She substituted in Auburn for 2 years and has been a children's karate teacher for 9 years. She is CPR certified.

Cristi Corey - Teacher

Cristi has been with HWG for 4 years. She is Director qualified and has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Worcester State College. She is Lead Teacher qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

Anne Coyne - Teacher

This is Anne's 10th year at HWG. Anne is Lead Teacher in room 1. She also has an Early Childhood Degree from Anna Maria College. She is Lead Teacher and Director qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

Pam DiLeo - Teacher

This is Pam's 3rd year at HWG. She has a Bachelors Degree in Government from Clark University. She is Teacher qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

Helen Ethier - Teacher

Helen has been a teacher at HWG for 8 years and is currently Lead Teacher in room 3. Helen also has 15 years of home day care experience. She is Lead Teacher qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

 

Michele Fuller - Teacher

This is Michele's first year as a teacher at HWG. She was a HWG board member for 2 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Special Education & Elementary Education from Providence College. She also has a Master's degree in ECE from Worcester State University. She is a former kindergarten teacher.

 

Kathleen Lanava - Teacher

This is Kathleen's 1st year at HWG. She previously taught for 10 years at St. Leo School in Leominster. She has a Bachelors degree in ECE/pre-k through grade 3 from Becker. She is First Aid certified.

Mariann Lavallee - Teacher

This is Mariann's 3rd year at HWG. She is lead teacher in room 2. She has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is Lead Teacher qualified by Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC) and is both CPR and First Aid certified.

 

Tracie Osche' - Teacher

This is Tracie's first year at HWG. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Keene State College. She has taught preschool for 2 years.
